Our Skilled Woodworkers are required to work full time (32 to 40 hours a week). They have typically worked in a high-end custom wood fabrication shop for 3 to 5 years before they start here at Phloem, but we are always willing to train the right person. The qualified candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and great time management skills.
In this position you will be building heirloom quality furniture and high-end custom cabinetry and millwork.
You will be required to:

We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate to work part time (16 to 24 hours a week) with the potential of becoming full time (32 to 40 hours a week). The qualified candidate will work independently at relationship building, directly engaging in our trade (business to business) and e-commerce sales and marketing. This a great job for someone who likes variety in their daily work and wants to work with a small company that makes beautiful long lasting handcrafted objects that bring clients joy. This position is for someone who has great communication skills, excellent organized work habits, and is driven by results.
Business to business responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of sales and customer service; knowledge of Shopify, Mailchimp, and Google Workspace; and some knowledge of interior design and furniture. Our wood shop is in Stevenson, WA, and remote work is a possibility.
